I have a mug that holds... either 16oz or 20oz and I've been doing a cup of that, iced, and sometimes Ill drink it in the morning and sometimes I'll end up not drinking it but anyway drinking a lot means going to the bathroom a lot... and I don't like feeling dehydrated so when I get thirsty, pop and coffee are out.
