I didn't even know PMs could be disabled. o.o I know that once the inbox fills up you can't get more PMs until you delete some, but it tells you that instead of outright not working. I don't know what's wrong. but I did finish your avi art, Sakura. and I PMmed you. honestly, I didn't wait until you replied to me to start drawing it, because if you didn't want it I would just draw it anyway and not give it to you. =P
