By the time classes ended, Alex was drained from grading test. He waved bye to most of the students reminding them to do the next assignment on the syllabus. Most of them would do it anyways a few would pretend that they didn't hear him as they're only excuse for not doing it. Alex rocked a little in his chair. He felt drained but this was no time for rest. He mentally switched gears to another train of thought that had been plaguing him. He mumbled to himself, finding it was the only person he could reason with some times out side of his family. Since he couldn't think with his buzz running low, Alex gave up taking his papers with him to the teachers lounge.

Inside he found the movie teacher as he learned all the students called him. Oddly he should have known his name but it didn't ring a bell. The posture did. No that didn't make sense either, Alex told himself and then reprimanded his brain to stop thinking. He made a b-line for the vending machine, dropping his papers on the table along the way. Reaching into his pocket his fingers fished for any loose change. “Hay man, “ He turned towards the other teacher. “Do you have a quarter?”
