PetSmart is the place I got canned from, I like th company, but I hate the management style(at least at the last store).

Really, most retail jobs are going to be similar, so talk to the employees at places you think you might like to work. Tell them you're just wanting to get a feel for things and usually if you're nice enough they'll be as honest as they can be.
