Well, it's just that I had a plan with one replacement or repairs until they replace.

Well, everywhere else has sent me a box to send my laptop in and then send it back. But not Best Buy. So I had to drive over an hour away to get them to "repair" my laptop after it committed suicide (lie #1). They said it would be two weeks (lie #2). I called after awhile and they said they'd put a thing on to rush it (lie #3). I drive up there again because I'm tired of them lying to me and I've needed my laptop back for school. By this time I know #2 and I find out #3 is a lie while I'm there. They say they'll put a rush on it (possible lie #4). After 40+ days...they say they need more info from me. NOT that they're gonna replace it. So I call....and find out that #1 is a lie. They're replacing it and so I lose my protection plan. I drive up there and don't even get to pick my new laptop. It is 100 dollars cheaper than the one I bought...so I was getting screwed out of 200 dollars from Best Buy and had to deal with way too many lies. The repair vs replace...I can understand, but it still annoys me. The rest just piss me the hell off.
