Not all kitties. There is this one type of kitty, it has the same genes as the Dachshund for short legs. It's kind of cute but the one type with the hair makes it look odd.

And I'm not fond of the Mancoons. My grandma has one, its only a year old and it's almost the size of a freaking Cocker Spaniel. No joke, and he thinks he's a kitten (and is) so he is rather frisky and his nails HURT!
