Something to look up then. :). I have to look up half the stuff that Suzerain mentions what with his immense vocabulary and all (*feels feeble for not being able to say that with more words*).

I recall a fews years back that there was a fridge prototype that had a programable so that you always new what was in your fridge and if you ran low your fridge would order it for you via internet or phone, can't recall which.

I imagine online groceries would come from a supply depot rather and a grocery store. I imagine it wouldn't be much different from the normal trucking of food around. Nice to be able to see it though, before you buy it.
