My old school when I was in Utah didn't allow hair dyed any color that wasn't 'natural' or distracting, you couldn't have any unnatural hairstyles, or really even spiked hair (a girl did a mohawk thing, they made her fold it down).
We weren't allowed to even have backpacks out during ANY school hours.
If you put green in your hair for St. Patrick's day they'd send you home early, or make you wash it out..
