I gave my adult cats milk once and it did not go well. I found there is a special milk you can get specifically for cats in Petland. It is lactose free and shouldn't make them sick. Also, my eldest cat has a sensitive stomach and often gets ill. I recommend cat foods like Purina sensitive systems. Something easily digestable and meant for cats with possible sensitive stomachs/digestive tracts. I am using a science diet food currently that seems to be doing fairly well but is pricey.
