It was just moments before the ball
All the avatars were ready
Not a Peep in the hall
All the masks were steady

As Saith held Batty's hand
He smiled happily at her
Not a single man in the land
Could be happy as he were

The clock struck time
The event would begin
So without missing a rhyme
Saith lead Batty in

Before they could see
What the ball had in store
A ghostly laughter of "tee hee hee"
Belted out in a roar

Then the lights went out
The rooms all pitch black
Through the darkness, there was no doubt
That they'd have to turn back

So Saith lead Batty to the car
Their hearts sunken deep
But before they could get very far
A voice...
