I could hold "How to be Fen's Personal Assistant" classes. XD
Step 1: Draw doodles of item concepts for Fen
Step 2: Fen thanks you and starts making better-looking sketches of items
Step 3: Receive item designs that look nothing like the concepts you drew but have a vaguely similar line of inspiration anyway
Step 4: Make ugly pixels; send to Fen
Step 5: Fen makes your pixels pretty by magics!
