Apparently she'd picked up a nasty case of canine lymphoma. Our vet said even if we'd had all the money in the world at our disposal she'd live only maybe a few more months, and even then she'd have been in constant pain. We decided to have her put down out of mercy.

I'm so sorry about your loss. It's terrible when you lose a pet that you love, especially when it isn't their time to go yet.
