That was my handiwork. :D Fen said she wanted to put the name "Loki" in the item somehow but she didn't want to just come out and say "Loki" (in no small part due to concerns about people thinking it was inspired by the Thor movie). She said an acronym would be great but it would be too hard to come up with something good. Took me about ten seconds to come up with that.
