Man, I haven't been in Batty's hangout in foreverrrr. The banner is sooo cute!

Lioshika, there's someone like that at pretty much every store. Everyone hates our front-end manager because she saddles the courtesy clerks (bagboys) with all of the dirty work and menial tasks, then blames them when anyone comes to her with a complaint.
