Okay, that was my last post for the night.
Funk, feel free to move Shealtiel along, he's following you anyway. If things get going quick tomorrow, you can act for him, too, so I don't get completely left behind (and this is kind of his area of expertise...)
I'm not sure when we'll meet up next, but it should probably happen at some point. You all can just RP it out while I'm gone and see what happens.
Just to recap: Dybbuk are weak and easy to kill, but they can repossess corpses they get cast out of, so go for crippling wounds or limb removal. They actually fight, though, by the way, not just try to eat people. They are somewhat slower than living humans.
Emim have no physical form to harm, are naturally invisible, and emit a field of psychic horror. They're all very powerful psychics, at least Rue's match each. Three or four of them together could probably take down one of the Saints. Try to avoid them if you can, I don't think any of us are carrying weapons that can hurt them (though maybe steal some ED Grenades from soldiers, if they have any... those will exorcise them from the area, effectively mission-killing them.)
And, Rephaim *can* be hurt by weapons, but they're extremely resilient, not to mention *very* fast. They can take a ton of punishment, too, and the effect of their psychic murmuring gets worse with prolonged exposure. Oh, and one hit from their weapons will pretty much drop anyone who isn't supernaturally defending themselves. Probably try to stay out of this guy's way, too. ED Grenades won't banish them, but they'll stun them temporarily. Salone, that rifle can hold Obliteration Rounds, which some of the police are probably packing, which will do significant damage to the Rephaim if they hit him.
And that's it, I'm out for the night. :)
Cold silence has a tendency
to atrophy any sense of compassion
between supposed lovers.
Between supposed brothers.
