1. I woke up at 4:30 AM it is now 8:33 PM
2. I forgot to take my meds this morning and was unable to take them after I remembered due to being about 60 miles away from home. I took them about 15 minutes ago, but withdrawal from these meds kick in for me about 5-6 hours after a missed dose.
3. I'm mildly dehydrated from the car trip with little to drink.

Lotsa stuff making me feel loopy at best.
