The half-breed nodded, taking her feet off Renee's thighs and pulling her up as she stood. She kept her claws deep in Renee's shoulders, the tip of her hooked tail now hovering over the Pure's heart.

Sanai bit her lip, eavesdropping on Renee's conversation as she went through and sorted the files. She would read over them when Renee was at a ..safe point in the mission. She prayed that Renee would survive..at least one night...or not get killed at all; that would be optimal.
