I'm not sure I'd actually call that a "twist" seeing as there are only two options: he's in the elvator or he's not. It's "And Then There Were None" but in an elevator and with only 6 people. Six? I think that's right. I didn't mind it because it felt to me like he wasn't trying to make a big twist out of things, or maybe I just dumb these things down too much to notice. It's a movie formula I've seen before but can't really pinpoint where: bad people die at hands of supernatural evil, one guy repents/is not sinner manages to live.
