Yiiikes! I burn easily ;~; My skin hates the sun (and I think the sun hates my skin...)

My boyfriend came to pick me up earlier to go to the Speedway. That's why I took off so quickly without a word, because I had to be ready right then to go and if I kept him waiting he would have gotten frustrated because his brother was waiting for him to meet up somewhere on the way there.

Something seems to be irritating my skin. I dunno what it is, but there are teeny bumps on my tummy and they itch, and they're a little red.
