Well, that's what Morrowind was all about. Lack of level scaling puts high-level gear in reach of low-level characters.

I think Bethesda said that item scaling will be in Skyrim, but I hope it's a bit more flexible than Oblivion's was.

I think Bethesda said that item scaling will be in Skyrim, but I hope it's a bit more flexible than Oblivion's was. Cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion between supposed lovers. Between supposed brothers.
