Which means I may be getting approved for a loan soon. Granted they are still spewing the "6 month waiting period" stuff at me but I am mildly optimistic that things will move faster then that. Either way I'll know by the end of this year.

Now I just have to keep hoping the house we want doesn't sell to someone else! xD
