"I'll need his blood." Camelia followed Solomon into the study. The dark force was getting stronger and stronger the closer she got to Holden. When she got close enough she slammed the book shut. She simultaneously grabbed a knife and Holden's hand and slammed them into the book. Her eye twitched as the smell of Holden's blood wafted into her nose. She put her hand on the boy to stop him from moving, she closed her eyes as well. Her lips were moving but no sound was coming out of them. She could feel the darkness retracting and the room getting hotter. The feeling of her blood boiling almost broke her concentration. Suddenly she opened her eyes and they were black, she tore the knife out of Holden's hand and sent the book flying as well as making it light on fire. Her eyes went bad to their normal rosy red, and she fell to her knees. She kept her hand on Holden to make sure his heart was still beating. "I'm sorry for activating your powers Holden..."

Suddenly Holden woke up from the fog he had in his brain. "S-..Solo..." He started to say but fell forward and slammed his head into the desk.
