I don't know about the clawed hand, I'm not familiar with all the items (where's Lucid when you need her? xD) Also the bottom of the dress might be tough. But everything else looks doable :3

As for Etna I think I'd need a devil tail (I know it's in one of the items somewhere) and the rest I could probably do with commons. Except maybe the hair...
