We're all mad here.
I like most except for the really dark stuff, and if it's dark I like something mixed in so it's not too bitter. I used to have kidney failure and had to restrict my potassium intake, which mean only white chocolate for me, since the more cocoa involved, the higher the potassium. All fixed now though, and my mom and I go on chocolate rampages whenever we see Lindt bars on sale, or pick up some of the cheapos at IKEA (they're surprisingly good!). I like regular milk but moreso with something in it, like the fruit and nut type bars, chewy caramel chocolates (not the leaky kind). I like Reisen's a lot since they are a mix of milk and dark and not too sweet or bitter.

For chocolate bars I like Toblerone and Lindt on the expensive end, and Coffee Crisp, Kit-Kat, Wunderbar, basically whatever strikes me at the moment as far as supermarket stuff goes, up to and including Mars, Crispy Crunch, Max 5 when I can find it, Cadbury Flake, Snickers, Oh Henry, Mr. Big... it can take me a while to pick. :)

The odd time mom and I had a craving for chocolate and we had no bars around so I dug in the baking cupboard and found two boxes of Baker's chocolate, one bittersweet, one white, so I melted them and mixed them together to make fondue for mandarin oranges. :D. It's incredibly easy if you use the bowl over hot water method.
