[Reyoki]

Reyoki's ears twitched at the sound of a voice, and she turned her head slightly towards it. She did not particularly like the threatening looks of the horned stranger at the other end of the bar, and she checked to be sure she could use her kodachi at a moment's need.

She glanced at the horned stranger from the corner of her eye, assessing him and guessing at his strength, abilities and intentions. "Well, those are some interesting gems he has there," she thought as she looked at his headdress. Could he be a Feryxonis? At first glance that was how he appeared, but upon closer inspection Reyoki could see that his looks were more wild than any Feryxonis she'd previously encountered. Maybe he was a foreigner?

Being from Quesaria, she had heard of the two other planets in the Planetary Alliance, but she hadn't seen many of the beings from the neighboring worlds, especially those from the newly recognized planet of Deivai. It struck her as odd, though, that she could understand his speech even though she was certain that the man was not from her world.

She could see that the other stranger was clearly a Feryxonis from her own planet. While it set her mind a bit at ease that there was someone from her own world in this strange place, she didn't dare lull into complete relaxation. No, she couldn't relax when both strangers were also wielding weapons, not unless she wanted to end up sliced and skewered.
