I had a lesion on my left vocal chord with a bilateral reactive lesion, then a possible cyst (a trigger vessel), then vocal chord edema and increased laryngal tension.
((basically i had a bump on my left vocal chord that created a divot in the right vocal chord, then an inflamed blood vessel that normally points to a cyst, then vocal chord swelling, and tension in the larynx and area surrounding the vocal chords))
