The Japan office is all strict, he has to wear a full suit for those meetings, and they sit at a round table (the members of the client's office) and if they say something good then they get to move closer to the head of the table, but if they say something stupid then they move down. and my dad just doesn't like that mentality, he's too laid back. He loves the australia office though
