Well, depending on how bad it's getting you have a couple options. Often dyslexia can be exacerbated by mild vision issues as well. Have you had your vision checked or recently 'corrected'? If not, I'd recommend waiting for a local sale at one of the vision places to get them checked out. It may only be a mild correction, but it can make a biiiiiiig difference. Second, it can be an issue if you're staring at a computer screen all day. If you are ask for a glare reducing screen/privacy screen(they're the same thing), it will sometimes cut down on the 'flicker' that can cause problems.

Another thing you can do, but I've no idea where one does this besides on their college campus', is look at colored screens to go over what you read daily. My best friend has a red colored screen that goes over her computer or over her books to help prevent the words from 'swimming'. It makes a big difference since not everyone can read the basic black on white well.
