As long as the pose you want is on top..do the same right click -> save image as... and it will save whatever item is on top of the layer stack. It would be transparent and you can add it to a base in Photoshop or whatever

then i'd have to FIT it onto the avi myself then mess up some how.. and some of the items have BACKS to them and I cant get them to FIT the avatar when the backing shows ABOVE the avatar.. -.-
