I made an order at the Books-a-Million online store. I ordered one book that was already out as well as three advance order titles. I paid with PayPal. The book that had already been released was delivered to my house within the week. When it was time for the second book to arrive, I waited... and waited... for about a week.

Then, I get an email saying they're having trouble accessing my credit card. I check PayPal only to find out that they didn't charge me for the entire order at the initial time of transaction; they charged me for only the currently-released title. This is where things start to suck.

I made that order back in March because, well, I had money back in March. I don't have any money anymore. Thus, BAM is holding my book hostage until I miraculously come into some more money. Granted, it's only about $8 for the book, but still. It pisses me off that the entire order amount wasn't charged when the transaction was initially made.
