No matter how dark times seem it will get better. I know sometimes it looks like there is no way out and that you will stay in the same dark place forever but be strong and have patience-in time the stress will fade away and it will get better :>

Trust me, I was in your shoes once, thinking the same thing. You don't know how much shock I was in when it got "better" it was like a whole new leaf was overturned.
