Solomon could tell something was wrong with Holden before his arm even had a chance to get cut. He looked over, smelling blood, "Holden..?" He quickly used his power to contain the blood, so as not to stain the area. That's the last thing he wanted.
The girl finished her song before skittering backstage, a bit hesitantly. She looked up to the tall, dark haired man with a slight smile, "Est-ce acceptable, monsieur?(Was that acceptable, Sir?)" He raised his hand and she prepared herself for a smack, but was surprised to see he patted her head, gently. She blinked, staring at him, "Alors ça vous a plu?(T-then you liked it?)" She jumped quickly averting her gaze to the floor, "Vais-je revenir à?(S-shall I go back out?)" He shook his head, and she frowned, "Mais vais-je .. Je veux chanter plus ..(But..I want to sing more..)" Suddenly she yelled out as he slapped her with his large hand.
"Je vous ai dit non .. ne vous jamais pensé à me désobéir à nouveau! Comprenez-vous salope?(I told you no..don't you ever think of disobeying me again! Do you understand bitch?)" The man spit at the ground before her then walked off, "Allez...vous avez ce soir un autre client...(Come on...you have another..client tonight...)"
The girl shook her head furiously, tears rolling down her cheeks as flash backs of previous 'personal clients' came to mind. She wrapped her arms around herself, looking down at the floor, "Je..Je ne veux pas! Ils font des choses...pour moi...(I..I don't want to! They..do..things to me...)"
He turned around, grabbing her by the neck and dragging her to her feet, "Je ne donne pas une merde ce que vous voulez! Tu me fais le maximum d'argent de toutes les filles, et vous ferez ce que je dis!(I don't give a shit what you want! You make me the most money out of all the girls, and you will do as I say!)"
Solomon turned his head towards back stage as he heard a commotion, but doubted the other patrons of the restaurant would care. They were French after all, they didn't care what happened if it didn't affect them...and vampires could care less what happened to a human girl. Solomon frowned, looking to Holden, and even though he knew the boy would disobey, he still told him, "Don't.."
