But what she loved the most was the assumption of safety. You live on the 45th floor? Well of course no one would think about taking your priceless bits of art, jewelry or other trinkets. Silly, silly people, then it was just a challenge.

"Oh you're lovely aren't you?" she crooned to the eight Karat star sapphire she'd just 'liberated' from a dusty vault, her latest challenge. "I do believe I'll reset you into a perfectly scrumptious necklace, not this moldering old broach." Her feet dangled off the roof, a mere 50 stories from the ground, her hair sliding over her shoulders as the wind pushed and prodded it from it's moorings.
