If you like Egyptian mythology, and you like fiction, read The Red Pyramid. It's reeeeeally accurate to the base mythology, but with a pretty good plot line to it(it's written by the Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief author).

And now, ironically, I'm gonna head downstairs to sew ::tiptoes back out::
