I try to chat as much as I can too, but honestly my real life got more stressful and busy right after I was hired as a mod. and it would have happened to me either way.
plus sometimes seeing a bunch of people I don't know still scares me. I sometimes get scared of jumping into conversations, especially if I don't know or relate to the current topic. :X
