Hmmm...... Patience. LOTS of patience. Willingness to do repetitive stuff. Art Skills. Creativity..... and some form of professionalism. It will get you far.

People skills too! You should be good at explaining yourself well and creatively. Did I mention patience? You need to be open and willing to change. So don't get butthurt if people say your stuff looks like shit. Just smile, ask politely while, and improve on it.
