William turned at the sound of Artemis's voice. He had been staring off into space, having already finished his pop-tart. He gazed at her for a swift moment, trying to see a difference in her. After a moment, he shrugged. "You have to do what you have to do." He said, walking over so he stood behind her and the couch.

He wanted to ask her about who she had feed from. Had they been young or old? Male or female? He felt a twinge of jealously at the thought of her lips on the neck of another man. He shouldn't. He knew that they hadn't been there in a romantic way, but still the jealousy was there.
