Zelda, sheik, link,mario...most old school.
For the Silent hill series, I would have to say Cheryl. Its horror based.
I also love isaac on dead space, and currently midna from twilight princess. OH and I also love to be zero suit samus on smash bros.
OH better not forget kirby either, and pikachu.
