She winced as he looked up, Damn..well too late. She wanted to go down there and beat the living hell out of him to avenge her fallen friend, but then again, the ass deserved it. When he said her name again, she became tense. What should she do? Her body told her to just up and leave, like she should've done minutes ago now. She should not still be there. By now, there had been and extended silence since William spoke. While she knew it was urgent for her to go, she felt that she had to at least explain.
