Solomon sighed as Rita escorted him from the room, "If the one is repaired, then the other should recover as well, correct? All his left one really needs is 'resurfacing' and I can manage that at home. Even after the surgery, I can speed up his recovery so he doesn't get lame. I know I could never race him, like I want to, but he could at least walk, correct?"

The brunette nodded, handing him the clipboard to sign, "Correct. If we were to have done both knees, as originally planned things could've gotten really bad, really fast. Besides, if you can haul him to the trailer and to his stall he should be fine. We can start as soon as the operation room is set. This could be revolutionary if he survives. I mean, granted, he'll have your aid, but still, if his knee stays in place afterwards, things could be well for him. You can never ride him, as his hoof might still be a bit twisted, but he should be able to walk trails with you and Zeze."

Solomon quickly scribbled his signature on the paper, "I figured as much, but if it helps him, I would be happy to do it. I'm sure Zeze would enjoy a trail with him. Oh! I don't know if you saw earlier, but I recently acquired two more horses. Perhaps when you drop Rilov off you could give them a once over, just to be sure they're healthy?"

Rita nodded, taking the clipboard back, "Of course Solomon, anything for you." She gave him a quick hug then went on her way as he disappeared. Things were much more reasonable and convenient knowing Solomon was a vampire. Granted, it's not like she couldn't sense it anyway.
