Yuki: That's my point. I didn't say anime was dying at all, but the super fascination of it is dying down. I still very much like watching it from time to time, but I stopped really enjoying it about 2004. My attention went over to manga at that point, and I would rather read manga over watching anime at any time..
And, I think, that's what is starting to come up a bit now. Manga is getting popular, and a lot of people who enjoy manga are starting to look into American graphic novels.. Marvel, in particular, has started a new style of "Fusion" where they kinda base their style off anime/manga, and that has gotten HUGE in the last few years. The US has taken a hint when it comes to manga and is changing comics here because of that.
