He turned, feeling Chloe tug on his shirt. He gave her a slightly confused look, "You're quite loud to someone whose apartment is on the third floor of that building." He pointed to the nearby apartment complex. "As to why, whether I had never met you or not, I still can't sit idly by when something like that is about to happen. Are you alright?" He gently placed his hand on her shoulder, giving her a quick once over, "No physical damage..that's good." He could still tell she was a bit panicky. "Chloe, please settle down..." He gently pulled her into a light hug, "It's alright, just relax."
