Our internet provider (Frontier) screwed up and cancelled our internet, so we've been trying to get it again since Monday and they're being really retarded. My boyfriend's mom spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service on Monday and they didn't even do what they said they were doing.

They're probably just pissed because she found out she was being charged for two internet services and didn't even know another internet service was added. Not to mention, we only have one modem anyway. They put the money they've been charging her since July as credit in her account.

All of this is frusterating. I hope you've been doing good and that you are enjoying your Requiem Knight :3 I still have yet to get at least 2 of each item before the month ends, and I haven't even gotten one yet :C But I am really hoping to visit my mom and as a part of my graduation present she is going to give me some runes on here.
