I'm a pun-meister. If I can make a reference to something at an opportune time for a good joke, I'll make it. As such I can't limit myself to one favorite.

That said, if I HAD to pick one, it'd be the Rick-Roll. I actually LIKE the song, and it's a funny and HARMLESS prank. (I pulled it on the tech support at my last job, even -- April Fool's Day I patched into the phone system and made it ring their phones with the song!)
