Yeah I knew that. But nooo the people have to pay :B Especially those who cannot afford. And special schools (like the epileptic school) has to close and so on and so on.... I'm not happy with our current 'kabinet'. It's dissappointing. They're ruining everything Balkenende worked hard for (If you think about it, I think he did well - if not, better than it is now, also during the crisis).
