The children began to flee in different directions, some of them ducking back into their rooms.

"No, don't hide! Run!" Quarrel cried toward them.

"We can't fight that thing!?" Aireio snapped at him. "There's a lot of us and only one of it!"

"We can't fight it without losing a few children and I'm not about to risk that!" Quarrel snapped.
