Rumiel IS an arctic fox girl orphan of mine, but she's not very powerful, she hardly fights, and is pretty afraid to do it.

She's sweet but easily overly jealous and she's pretty childish. Adorable.. but.. yeah she's jealous and clingy. She's either overly vocal or super shy, depending how well she knows the person, and if she attaches to someone she'll follow them like a lost puppy.
