@Gary---First of all, this inquiry and answer was added during the closed beta stage... During closed beta, mules cannot be made without the permission of Fen or Zy since they have to personally activate the mule account, you have to personally PM them so that they would activate the mule... Unlike now in open beta stage where as we only have to click the link in the activation email...

I do not know if there will be member deletion for open stage since there are no announcement as of yet... It's much better to wait for any admin or staff to answer your question... Though I hope I helped somehow... =^_^=
