It's two fingers to scroll on laptops, and clicking in the bottom-right corner of the trackpad is the right-click. On the desktop mice it's one finger to scroll, and the left and right sides of the mouse act as the left and right mouse buttons.
In other words, it acts EXACTLY as you would expect from a two-button mouse with a scroll wheel, except there's no physical break between the buttons.
There are other right-click modes, too, that you can choose from, if you prefer: The one I'm using is that a two-fingered click is a right-click.
Edit: Also, the scrolling is two-dimensional! Once you've started scrolling you can also scroll left and right as well as up and down.
