It does, there's what's called Manic episodes which is where you kind of go a little crazy. That's the part where you start trying to do a million things at once, or where you feel like you have to do something, or you get really angry. Then there's the depressive part, which is where you don't want to do anything, at all.

I have Bi-polar Disorder type II, which is the milder version. When I'm having a manic episode I talk really fast, and I start to obsessively clean. Like It can be 2 am, and I'll HAVE to get up and clean. I can try to roll over and go to sleep, but I simply can't do it. I've got to get up and do it. I've spent nights in the kitchen scrubbing all of our pots and pans to the point where it hurt to bend my wrists, but I can't stop.

I've had a couple of bad depressive episodes, (which is how I got diagnosed) but nothing major in the past two years. There used to be days where I wouldn't want to get out of bed. There could be something I was really looking forward to, and then I'd wake up and just feel ... horrible. Like the weight of the world was bearing down on me and crushing me. The worst was that you never knew what was going to snap you from one extreme to the next, or how long you'd stay there.

XD Yeah, that's always good when your doctor says something like that. It's like .... Oh, could you tell?

I know! The system is broken, and it doesn't seem like it's going to be fixed any time in the future.
